01 The Logic

We only win
when you win.

Most export agents take fees from the importer and a markup from the grower — their incentives misalign with yours from day one. We charge the importer nothing. Our entire compensation comes as a commission on shipments you accept and re-sell. That single mechanic re-orients everything we do.

Quality Validation

Every shipment is physically inspected against your written brief — brix levels, sizing, packaging, cold-chain temperatures — before a single carton leaves the packhouse.

  • Pre-shipment inspection report
  • Photographic + video evidence
  • Reject authority on your behalf

Direct Grower Access

You deal with us; we deal with the source. No layered brokers inflating the price. When your buyer asks where the fruit was grown, we can tell them the village — and the family.

  • No middle-broker margins
  • Traceable to the orchard
  • Direct grower visits arranged
The job of a sourcing partner is to take risk off the importer's desk. If we add risk, we have failed — whether or not we earn a commission that month.

04 The Process

Three steps.
One accountable partner.

International produce sourcing is not complicated — it is unforgiving. A single missed certificate, an off-spec carton, a mis-set reefer, and a container becomes a write-off. Our process is built around the points where most deals fail.

  1. 01

    Strategic Sourcing

You send a brief — variety, sizing, volume, target arrival window, packaging, target landed cost. We map it to the right grower in the right region for that exact harvest week.

    • Sample dispatch5–7 days
    • Indicative pricing FOB72 hrs
  2. 02

    Quality Validation

We are physically present at the packhouse on the day of loading. The fruit is checked against your written brief — size, brix, color, defects, cold-chain — and you receive a documented inspection report before the container is sealed.

  3. 03

    Seamless Delivery

Booking, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, BL, customs broker coordination, real-time tracking. You see the container at every stage — from packhouse to your warehouse door.
